Why we built it

Partner feedback has always shaped our roadmap, but it reached us through too many channels: support tickets, account manager calls, community posts, and email threads. Requests got duplicated, context got lost, and partners rarely heard back on what happened next.

vfeatures puts every request in one place, so you can see what other partners are asking for, add your voice, and follow each idea from submission to release.

What's new

Submit and vote on feature requests

Share an idea in a few clicks from anywhere in Partner Center. Before you post, vfeatures checks for similar requests so you can upvote an existing one instead of starting from scratch. Every vote and comment adds context our product team uses to prioritize.

See status at a glance

Every request carries a clear status:

• Under review - our product team is evaluating it
• Planned - it's on the roadmap
• In progress - we're building it
• Released - it's live, with a link to the release note

Get notified automatically

Follow any request and we'll tell you when its status changes. No more checking back or asking your account manager for updates. When a feature you voted for ships, you'll hear about it first.

Follow every release in one changelog

vfeatures includes a running changelog of everything we ship, linked back to the requests that inspired it. You'll see exactly which ideas came from partners like you.

AI-powered request matching

AI groups similar requests together and summarizes the common themes, so your idea gets counted with everyone else's who asked for the same thing, even if they worded it differently.

How to get started

1. Log in to Partner Center
2. Select vfeatures from the main navigation (or the lightbulb icon in the top bar)
3. Browse existing requests, vote on the ones you care about, or submit your own

Your team members can access vfeatures with their existing Partner Center logins. No separate account needed.

Tips for great requests

• Lead with the problem, not the solution. "My team spends 2 hours a week rebuilding the same report" helps us more than "Add a report button."
• Share the business impact. How many of the local businesses you serve would benefit? Is it blocking a deal?
• Vote before you post. Upvoting an existing request concentrates demand and moves it up the list faster.

What happens to my existing feedback?

Requests you've already shared through support or your account manager have been migrated into vfeatures where possible. You'll find them under My requests. Going forward, vfeatures is the best way to make sure your feedback reaches the product team.
